CCTV Drain
Inspection
Survey

Drains are an important part of a building as they help water and wastewater to be channelled away from your property. If your drains are not functioning correctly, too much water may reach the structure of your property and it can compromise the integrity of the building. Eventually, this could cause a flood or water to seep into the foundations which can cause serious structural damage.

So, blocked drains can be a big issue that needs to be resolved quickly and should ideally be avoided. At Celvac, we offer a service where we will inspect your drains and conduct a survey using CCTV to identify potential issues. Our CCTV analysis will help to identify if the issue is a blockage, fault or something else causing the drains to not function correctly. Routine inspection of drainage systems is important as potential issues can be caught early on, avoiding costly repairs and potential property damage.

Blocked drains can sometimes be identified early on if you notice unpleasant smells coming from them. Other signs could be if sinks or baths take longer to let the water out and if the water level rises in the cistern on your toilet.

Celvac has a professional and experienced team who will unblock your drains after identifying the issue by conducting a CCTV survey. We can use a range of jetting equipment on our tanker to remove the obstruction if the drain is blocked. We can also advise on potential repairs that we may identify on the survey.
