We clean digesters in the safest, most environmentally friendly and cost-effective way whilst ensuring minimal client downtime. We work closely with clients, providing advice on the best way to empty the tank prior to starting the de-gritting process. Our site teams are fully equipped and trained to quickly and safely remove all organic and inorganic materials that can disrupt the operations of a digester.

Our culture of innovation means that we continually explore techniques to reduce man-entry requirements, to reduce the need for wash water throughout the process and to improve the waste screening process using our in-house designed and built Grit Separation Units. 

Our in-house designed and built ATEX/DSEAR compliant screen unit allows us to clean live digesters and therefore reduce asset downtime.  Providing a turnkey solution, our project management team handled the digestor cleaning process from cradle to grave, ensuring we comply with necessary legislation whilst always exceeding the client’s needs.
