At Celvac Environmental, supporting our local community is something we take seriously. As a business rooted in West Wales, we believe it’s important to give back to the towns, clubs, and organisations that support us throughout the year.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve been proud to support a wide range of local sports clubs, schools, charities, and fundraising events. Below is a snapshot of some of the community sponsorship and support we’ve been involved in this year.

Supporting Local Sport

Grassroots sport plays a vital role in bringing communities together and providing positive opportunities for young people. This year, we were pleased to support several clubs through sponsorship, equipment, and event backing:

• Tenby Rugby Club – sponsor board

• Tenby Football Club – sponsor board

• Landarcy Football Club – sponsor board

• Swansea City AFC – club sponsorship

• Tenby AFC Under 14s – sponsorship of training tops

• Tenby Under 13s Rugby Team – support towards attending a rugby festival in Devon

These clubs rely heavily on volunteers and local sponsorship, and we’re proud to help them continue providing opportunities for players of all ages.

Supporting Schools, Health & Emergency Services & Charities

In addition to sport, we’ve also supported a number of local causes and emergency service charities that make a real difference within the community:

• RWE Golf Day – event sponsorship, with all proceeds donated to the RNLI

• Llanberis Mountain Rescue – charitable support for their lifesaving volunteer work

• Withybush Hospital – donation of a raffle prize to support fundraising efforts

• St Teilo’s School – donation of 100 gift boxes for pupils

• Participation in the local Christmas Convoy, entering our vehicles to help raise funds for Velindre Cancer Centre and the Fire Fighters Charity

Looking Ahead

As we reflect on the year, we’re grateful to be in a position where we can support so many worthwhile causes. Community involvement is not a tick-box exercise for us — it’s an ongoing commitment that we intend to continue as the business grows.

We’d like to thank all the clubs, schools, organisers, and volunteers for the work they do day in, day out. We look forward to continuing to support local initiatives in the year ahead.
